Bengkung Belly Binding-an ancient postpartum tradition. Usually done a couple days after birth, it aids the new mama from excessive blood loss, incisional reopening or infection, anxiety, diastasis recto, shortened postpartum bleeding, improved posture, stronger core muscles, renewed sense of self, assist the hips and uterus to decrease in size, and provides a warm hug to the new mama and a deeper relaxation for them.
