Requirements to Join Our Team
Joining our agency as a Nanny, Babysitter, Postpartum doula, or Newborn care specialist is more than a job—it is a calling. We believe that caring for children is sacred work, and we seek individuals who feel deeply led to nurture, guide, and uplift young lives.
Our nannies and doulas approach each day with a heart full of purpose, finding joy in the small moments—smiles, laughter, curiosity, and growth. They understand that their presence leaves a lasting imprint on the lives of the children they serve, helping to shape not just their minds, but their spirits.
In addition to caring for children, our nannies and doulas bring strength, grace, and calm to the rhythm of the household. They are trusted stewards of the home in the absence of parents, offering stability, support, and warmth. Life in a busy household often brings the unexpected, and our nannies meet each shift with patience, adaptability, and a servant-hearted spirit.

For nannies/doulas
- Must be 18
- Will need to get trustline background checked (California Law Required, cost to you is roughly $150)
- You must be CPR certified
- Legal to work in the US
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record within the last 7 years
- You must provide verifiable references
- A passion for children
- Great communication skills and ability to adapt to various situations
For doulas: Must have a passion for babies and postpartum care, experience/training, willing to pay a small job placement fee and complete application agreement, lactation training is a plus.
