Our Commitment To You
As your tribe, we are committed to you. We understand your family is your world and we are honored to be the matchmakers in connecting your family to your ideal nanny/sitter. From stay-at-home moms to full time executives, we help families find the care they need. To begin, we ask that you fill out our Nanny/Sitter request form. If you have not done so, please fill that out via the below link. A member of our team will reach out to you once its completed
Sacred Family Consultation
Payment and Fee Schedule-
Nanny Fee
A $250 non-refundable application fee is required to begin the process of matching your family with the best member of our tribe. Upon hiring a nanny, you will pay a placement fee of 100% of 1 month of nanny’s yearly total gross income.
Babysitter Fee
A $150 non-refundable membership fee is required to begin the process of hiring a sitter from our tribe. This fee is paid annually. You will also pay 10% of the sitter’s hourly rate to Lotus Doula Tribe at the end of the month, and pay your sitter directly for their hours worked.

Next, we send you over the contract which goes over all the legal stuff. If you have any questions or need clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out. Once we receive your signatures and payment for the application fee, we can officially begin the process for you.

Each caregiver we welcome into the Lotus Doula Tribe is carefully interviewed, reference-checked, CPR certified, background cleared and finger printed through Trustline, or in the process of it. With deep respect for your family’s privacy and values, they commit to mindful guidelines rooted in presence, integrity, and care. Whether you seek occasional support or a steady, nurturing presence, we align our offerings with your family’s unique flow. We vet the nannies and sitters to ensure you and your little ones are in good hands.
Perfect Match Presentation
When we’ve found potential caregivers aligned with your family’s energy and needs, we’ll share thoughtful Nanny Profiles—rich with heart, experience, and soul. These include bios, photos, references, and more to help you truly feel each candidate. We’ll guide you through virtual interviews (via FaceTime, phone, or your preferred platform), continuing the search until the perfect match gently unfolds.

An added bonus of our services is a customized contract for you and your nanny and/or doula, clearly outlining the agreed-upon schedule, pay, days off, and benefits—so everyone feels supported and aligned from day one.
We provide trusted resources to help you make informed decisions and offer guidance on the legal considerations of hiring a nanny. Our goal is to help you start off on a solid foundation with clear communication, confidence, and peace of mind.
In-person meetings follow as a final, intentional step before an offer is made.
After our clients are thoughtfully matched with the nanny of their choice, Michelle-our nanny coordinator, ensures they receive support in those first 90-day. Her nanny-family coaching is designed to help families begin the relationship with intention, clarity, and trust, and to nurture it as it grows.
Michelle understands that finding a nanny is one step; creating a lasting, harmonious partnership is another. Like any meaningful connection, the beginning can feel full of light and ease.
