What’s Included:

• Two prenatal virtual visits including childbirth education, a custom birth plan, labor poses, comfort measures, and a birth meditation.
• Virtual labor and birth support to guide you through the process and offer emotional reassurance during your birth.
• One postpartum virtual visit to discuss and process your birth, instruct on belly massage and belly binding, and offer physical and emotional support. We’ll also provide resources and referrals if needed.
