Labor and Birth support

2 postpartum visits-we will bring healing tea, soups, help you process your birth, belly massage and binding.

Would you just like us there for the birth? We will have 1 prenatal visit and help you with a birth plan. We will be on-call 38-42 weeks, we will support you and your partner with a peaceful birth.

We are currently mentoring newer doulas and they are looking for experience, for a much smaller fee, they can be at your birth, help with postpartum and even help with overnight baby care. Ask us about our doula apprenticeship program. 

Just want you and your partner there for the birth? Would you like us to prepare you and your partner for the birth? We will have 2 prenatal visits and help you develop a customized birth plan and birth education to help you have the birth of your dreams.  If you need to call us in early labor to go over prep we can help you as well. We will do 2 postpartum visits to make sure you're mentally, physically and emotionally taken care of, check on breastfeeding and baby care. We will bring you some yummy healing tea and do a belly massage and binding and a foot massage to help you relax and bond with your baby.

Come enjoy a private childbirth education class in the comfort of your own home.  We will have 2-2 hour childbirth education classes where we will help you develop a customized birth plan and birth education to help you have the birth of your dreams.  We will find out your goals for this birth. We will educate you on the pro's and con's of birth matters and help you make an informed decision on what you want. This will also include labor poses, comfort measures for your partner, postpartum prep, breastfeeding care and tips, newborn care tips, pretty much everything you need to know about all things birth.

The 4th Trimester 

Mothering the Mother. In this crucial time you will receive comfort and care. With 8 visits 2x a week, we will come in and take care of you so you can focus on your new baby. With all the services listed above in our Bliss package, as well as light housekeeping, tidying the kitchen, preparing breakfast/lunch or dinner, packing lunches, and helping with siblings if needed. 2 prenatal virtual visit- Childbirth Education with a custom birth plan and preferences, labor poses, comfort measures and a birth meditation

Virtual Labor and Birth support

1 postpartum virtual visit-we will discuss and process the  birth, instruct how to belly massage and belly bind,  check in with physical and emotional support and give resources and referrals if needed. $800

Bengkung belly binding-an ancient postpartum tradition. Usually done a couple days after birth, it aids the new mama from excessive blood loss, incisional reopening or infection, anxiety, diastasis recti, shortened postpartum bleeding, improved posture, stronger core muscles, renewed sense of self, assist the hips and uterus to decrease in size, and provides a warm hug to the new mama and a deeper relaxation for them. We do an abhyanga uterus massage before hand to prep for the binding, mixed with some meditation, music, candles and a sound bath. It’s a beautiful healing ceremony for the new mama. Each individual session is $150, add a full body warm oil lymphatic drainage massage for $250 (includes binding) 

✨Closing of the Bones✨done when a mama is  4-6 weeks postpartum 

This takes the mom back to the womb, we wrap her up tight, so she is safe and secure. From her head, to her shoulders, hips, knees and feet. We then seal up her hips, which have been open for 10 months, sending gratitude to her body and helping her process her birth transformation, allowing her to let go of the maiden and welcome the mother, setting new intentions for this next phase of life. While sound healing waves are vibrating every cell in her body.  We then end with a sweet mothers blessing. From one mother to another, giving her strength, comfort, mothers intuition and blessing her with a sisterhood that is always there for her. We end with a healing Sound Bath meditation. Bone Closing Ceremony: What it is and Where it Comes From

The Placenta is the most incredible organ. It's the only organ that is completely created just for your baby. This organ holds so many benefits for you including;     

• feelings of strength
• increase energy levels
• overall well-being
• help with sleep
• strengthened immune system
• increased milk supply
• emotional balancing
• halting hair loss

You will bring a cooler to the hospital/birth center to place the placenta in after birth. We will coordinate with you or your partner to pick up from birth location a couple hours after birth (place placenta in cooler with ice from hospital/birth center). Allow 2-4 days for encapsulation. We will bring placenta pills, placenta print, and umbilical cord keepsake, you can add on a tincture. $400 for Placenta Pills, $50 for Tincture add on. Payment due before birth.
